My Ionic stopped syncing with my phone (Samsung Galaxy S9) this past week, and I realized the device wasn't showing up on my list of Bluetooth devices when trying to trouble shoot. When I turned off and on the Bluetooth on my phone, it came up as a device, but it kept failing when trying to pair with the device, even after resetting the watch. Based on some other items I saw on this forum, I deleted the Ionic device from the Fitbit app, and now it is failing to reinstall it because it is still unable to connect to Bluetooth. Now the watch time is wrong, so it is making the watch completely unusable without being able to sync! Any help would be much appreciated.

First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

I tied syncing it with my computer since its a Windows 10 computer, and then it started working with my phone again - no idea what changed, but at least it seems to be working again!
