Hey everyone! I received my Ionic today. For some reason, I cannot get my texts to come through nor phone calls. I know the Ionic is synced to my phone because I've changed the face on my phone and it worked. Also, I cannot swipe right on my Ionic. Any help would be great!!

I can help with the notifications.  I assume your Ionic is already connected to your Fitbit account?  If it is not, please do so.  After that, go into the Ionic settings on your app (this can be done by pressing the tracker picture in the upper right hand corner) and select "Notifications".  Swipe right for any notifications you want to have turned on and then sync your tracker to save the changes.

 

And congrats on your new buddy!  I love mine, he gets along well with his other brothers I have from the Fitbit family!

Thank you for your reply. The messaging is still not coming through even though I went to Notifications. I even had someone send me a text to test it out and when I scroll from the top down, it still says, "Nothing new here". 

 

I'm ready to love it. If I could get the message and calls to sync, I would be head over heels.
