Is there another way to fix the problem between syncing information between the ionic and the fitbit app on my samsung s8 phone. The settings on the app are set to all day sync, but it never corresponds to what is shown on the actual ionic. The only way I have found so far to correct this is to go into the app, remove the device and then add new device.It is so annoying as my old fitbit charge 2 always synced without any problem.
