Syncing my Ionic to my Airpods

This is the last time I am giving fitbit a chance . This  is my second device and I thought I would give them one more chance to have my business This is the Worst experience ever trying to sync my Ionic to my Airpods !!! Not to mention the volume issues and not being able to control that . 

If I am lucky enough to get my Ionic and airpods to sync , they don’t stay connected and it literally takes days and a lot of useless tries to sync them up again If they decide to sync at all -  I’m over it ////

Worst experience ever and a nightmare to sync my Ionic to my Airpods !!! Not to mention the volume issues

I'm not sure what is ment by syncing headphones,  are you trying to connect the headphones to the ionic. Or are you trying to control the music from your ionic  the is playing from your phone through the headphones.

My ionic and airpods will NOT PAIR together 

The ionic finds them but will not pair Just goes in a spinning Wheel of death  it never pair
