I had an ionic fit bit before with my email and no longer have that ionic Fitbit resently purchased a new one but am not able to connect to my email?

Hi @Yolo42 here re the directions on how to set up the new device - click to read. You'll want to remove the old Ionic from your account and then set up the new one on the existing account. Can you still get to that email address?
