Syncing new set of exercise shortcuts

Hi.

Changed my exercise shortcuts in the app but after syncing nothing changed in the watch. Tried several times, even tried a work around suggestion but didn't worked also.

Any help?

@nfp78, are you sure it successfully completed a sync after you made the changes in the app? The only time I have seen that happen is when it did not complete the sync after making changes in the app.

I also have this problem. I've reset my phone, fibit, app, everything, but I can't change my exercise shortcuts!

I too am having this problem.  I've restarted both phone and Ionic, synced several times and tried the suggested workaround with no change.

Also, it seems that we're only supposed to have 7 shortcuts but the app lists 8 for me. And these aren't the same ones that my ionic is listing now, it seems to have reverted to some earlier time.
