My fitbit won't sync I been having problems since the 25.12.18 I done all the trouble shooting steps it syncs but after a couple of hours it won't sync any more I lost count how many times I have rebooted the fitbit I have done literally everything I'm not pleased with this watch at all its the most expensive watch and doesn't work properly any ideas please someone please help

I would contact Support then if you've done all the troubleshooting.
