How long is a piece of string?

Could be anything. Likely not an Ionic issue. Could be where the developer gets their weather from. Go to the weather app on the Ionic (scroll left a couple of pages and make sure the weather is updating from there.

Try a different face, as different developers source their weather data from different sites.

I use the free ForecastTime face. Works a treat - although occasionally I have to make sure the Fitbit weather app is showing the weather. goat-face also has weather that works for me. Although the fonts are a little small for my liking.

I also am having this issue on my ionic. Started about 10 days ago. I have noted that the weather app does not work if no standard location is set, (for some reason it can’t get or translate location information from a sync despite all appropriate settings being enabled). I have also tried multiple different weather clock faces paid and free. No luck getting any to sync weather, presumably because these are having the same issue knowing where they are!  Think this must be a ionic/data sync issue as it was working fine until 10 days ago.

I seem to have got both clock face and weather back working. For the weather app I added manual locations (be warned you need to write the whole place name before it finds anything) then removed the manual addition for where I actually am and it seems to be working again.  For the clock face I had all sorts of trouble but and at one point the clock face wasn’t even finding steps and distance etc. As a result I looked for the permissions page but couldn’t find it. I ended up removing the face from the ‘My Clock Faces’ area and finding and loading it again from the library. That fixed it.
