Terrible music sound quality with Ionic

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I have tried several different speakers, ear buds and high end head phones and they all sound like crap when connected to the ionic.

They all work fine from my phone or any other device, even using the same music files. The only two differences I see is the ionic itself and the transfer of music files via the Fitbit site. Any suggestions?

Hi @Morrowt, welcome to the Community Forums!

Thanks for your post and for the feedback that was shared, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you noticed this issue and how many times since then? Is this occurring with every song? I suggest you to restart your Ionic to refresh its performance following the next steps:

  1. For Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

Let me know if you have any additional questions.
