For several weeks now, my Fitbit Ionic keeps crashing & restarting. I tried resetting my Fitbit and it still does it from time to time. This is after having my Fitbit for over a year. Many people have complained about the Ionic messing up after a year.I had battery problems as well as the Heart Rate Monitor draining my battery within a matter of minutes.
Please replace our Fitbit Ionics and give us new ones.

I have a similar problem. This started after I applied the last firmware update. So I’ve already posted it in the big pinned thread.
cheers

It started a couple updates ago for me. I think there has been multiple ones within the past month or so. There was some new options I had to go through and turn off some things. But it still drains fast. It was good for a year but lately it's been downhill. I expected more from a expensive fitness tracker.
