The app to change the clock face will not open.

I am trying to change the clock face on my Ionic. I have accessed the Fitbit app, in my account under 'Smartwatch Apps and Clock Faces' I select the clock face I want, it requests to 'Open App' to install from the Fitbit mobile app, but the app will not open! Is there another way I can change the clock face, please.

My phone app does not have anything labelled 'Smartwatch Apps and Clock Faces'.

How are you accessing the Fitbit app - phone, Windows 10 app, fitbit.com dashboard?

I am looking at app on phone on the tracker page (Versa for me but should be same).

There are 6 square tiles, with 'Clock Faces' at top left.  Is that where you are going

from?

Have you tried more than one clock face?  Even if not one you want, that might tell if there is just a problem with that clock.  The faces "by Fitbit" are generally more reliable.

The top left corner of the app for me has a face symbol, when I tap on it, it takes me into my account. In my account there is a section heading 'Discover' below that is a option to open ' Smartwatch Apps and Clock Faces' this leads to a whole selection of clock faces. I am viewing the Fitbit faces only. Yes I have tried to open the app for other clocks face choices, because I also thought it was maybe a problem with some clocks, it appears to be a general problem, rather the specific.

Sorry, but I have no idea what the problem is.

I have not tried changing my clock face lately so would not know if there is a general problem with that now.

It sounds like you are getting to right place, though the steps there are different from on my phone.
