My ionic Fitbit will not show any data on the watch (it only shows the Fitbit logo and won’t go past that). It also at the same time stopped syncing with my phone. I tried to reset the watch using the two buttons suggested by Fitbit. It doesn’t do anything. I can’t shut It down via the watch because I cannot access the info or screens on the watch. I deleted and re-installed the device on my IPhone.
Any suggestions.
