The screen is glitchy and sometimes is unresponsive

So I had a problem before this and the Fitbit team helped me out and they got me a New Ionic. I only had it for about 4 months and it has already started to glitch. So sometimes the screen is on but it doesn’t display anything. I know this because I see the light appearing(just very dim) but it’s visible. I try to do that thing where you hold all the 3 buttons. I have the thread background and sometimes it changes to black and white but that’s just it, there isn’t anything showing just the threads, nothing else. One time it got real hot and then I tried to reboot and it said no battery but later turned on. Another time, I woke up and only the top part of the watch was working. After that, I shut it down somehow and then it lasted for about 3 hours and returned back to normal. There is obviously something wrong with my watch and now I feel real skeptical about these Ionic watches because I had one last year and it stopped working and now this second watch is still glitching and having these problems. Pls fix

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried and the time you took to share the experience you've had with your Ionic. I would like you to restart your Ionic and then try charging it again but this time try using other USB ports.
