Just looking at this. 18 pages on how to download music,14 pages on the latest firmware update and 9 pages on fitbit   pay shows the many problems with this watch. Bad job Fitbit

No--Just an observation---I was a loyal fitbit fan since the original "one" came out and upgraded to each watch until I got to the Ionic. I returned the Ionic after many problems and switched to a new brand and I am happy. Fitbit has lost me as a customer due to this faulty device. Compare the Ionic forums and all the problems people are reporting and than look at your competitors forums and you will understand why I switched.
