I have a theory in which any fitness/health measurement device, even if it is not 100% accurate, trends can be observed from consistency, forgo your lifestyle should always be adaptable to a degree to improve your trends, I think what I am trying to say is, Yes... fitbit ionic devices are not 100% accurate, yet they are consistently measuring the same, with that you will be able generate a trend to see where you need to be going to improve. If the trend improves so will you, What do you guys think of this theory?

@_Machino_ I hope you're doing well! I think this is a great theory to be honest.
I believe that any Fitbit device is able to point you to the areas of improvement you need to focus. Ionic is specially good for this as it has more features than other Fitbit devices.
I've seen a lot of users who have actually better their lifestyles by following their weekly/monthly/yearly results on their Fitbit dashboards. It's amazing to see how a device like this can help so many people to feel and look better, even change lifestyles! So, your theory is true.
