Things i noticed pertaining sync issues

Notifications matter most to me. 

So I noticed these whenever notifications aren't popping up on my ionic.

1) After phone restart, fitbit app on my android phone has always connected turned on.

2) After phone restart, fitbit app on my android phone as notifications turned off. I always had to tap the pink enable button and give it notification permissions before i will get notification settings.

Why won't 1) and 2) stay in their last settings?App problem? Likely.

3) Notifications randomly stop popping up in my ionic even though notification settings are turned on. Even doing a send test notification doesn't work.

So far, these are all I've noticed.

Turn off all day sync and always connected and let us know if notifications improve.

Totally can't get any notification the whole day today. Restarted both phone and watch multiple times. Am seriously disappointment with this watch/app.
