I am getting seriously frustrated with my Ionic. I have had a Blaze for some time which I loved but I wanted to have the built in GPS and music that the Ionic offered. I set everything up and bought some Bluetooth headphones - not Flyers and since Christmas have not had one successful outing with the headphones. They work fine and sync at home but as soon as I run, the music skips and on some occasions completely stops. I am cross that Fitbit will not help
with this and the best I have been offered to sort this is three months of Fitbit coach. I don’t need this but would like music when running. I have found the email responses slow and unhelpful - constantly thanking me for my patience whilst this is investigated before telling me that they can’t guarantee any headphones bar the flyer will
work !! This is not advertised (or at least wasn’t when my watch was purchased) how can this be right ? It puts over £100 on top of the cost of an already expensive watch. I am frustrated that the watch can’t be used in the way that it should !

Try other brands, you can't blame only your Ionic for the connection interruption.
My JBL's have a poor connection with my Samsung Galaxy S8+, but with Ionic work like a charm. I have a pair of cheap headphones too, that work great with my S8+, but poorly with the Ionic.

Thanks for that ! Just would be nice to know which ones would work - can’t afford to keep trying different ones. Plus they work perfectly until I move - that’s odd!

I am in the same boat as you my 3rd party headphones. Jabra pulse is not working. Poor that Fitbit do not have a list of what does or does not work with their products. I am frustrated by this. Yet to run with ionic and have a good connection to any earphones. I think Fitbit have some explaining to do here...
