I just had this appear on my clock face screen This app requires the “internet” to be granted. I have I idea why this is being displayed. I have been in & out of internet connection w/o any problem till now.

I see a similar message when trying to access my Hue lights.

Please allow internet access in the App Gallery

Open your Fitbit app. Then go to the clock settings or the app settings. I'm not sure where the setting is for the clock, but for the hue app tap on the setting gear to the right.

@Jlm072085. the hue needs access to the internet, @trustnone  without knowing what face, is it for weather. There will be something in the clock settings for this.

Thanks for the update.
I uninstalled the hue app from the Fitbit and reinstalled it and that
worked.

I had also restricted the Fitbit app from running in the background for
battery savings and it turns out that was stopping my text messages from
being read.

So this has been a great day for getting my Fitbit working again

I think I accidentally (at least in some way) found the problem. I uploaded
a new watch face for my watch. The new watch face removed the old watch
face which (I believe) was the problem. My watch, with the new watch face
works fine now.
I wish to thank you for your response to the problem with my Fitbit. It’s
nice to have the help of people who care to take the time to help others.
Thank you.
