Thumbprint Radio disappeared on my fitbit Ionic

Yesterday I had downloaded one of my top 3 Pandora stations and it included Thumbprint radio which I liked.  Today, I was able to finish downloading the rest of my top stations and Thumbprint radio disappeared.  Anyone had this problem before and know how to get it back?  Reading the fitbit help info, Thumbprint should always be loaded -with- your top 3.  Thanks!

Looks like re-syncing the phone, it appeared again.  All good.  Moderators can delete this topic!

I just stumbled on this message.  I have had this issue since May of 2019.  I even bought a new Ionic device to try and Thumbprint wouldn't sync on it either so returned it.  I have been in touch with Pandora about the issue off and on since June of 2019, but they don't have any solution either.  I cancelled my subscription with them for a month or so and removed the app.  I subscribed again and added the app again, but still no Thumbprint station.  I really wish I could have that station back again.  I wonder if it is a really isolated issue.  Are there not many having problems with this?

My Pandora thumbprint radio is gone, too.  Since I did the firmware update....
