Iconic not showing lines instead of time. Other things working ie heart rate, steps. Tried restarting it still doesn't work

Try switching to another clock face, preferably one "by Fitbit".

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
