Hold all 3 buttons down on your Ionic until you see the Fitbit Icon (a bunch of dots) (about 10 seconds). Your Fitbit will restart. Mine, surprisingly, was at 99% power, so it did get charged but somehow from 0% and apparently needed a reboot. Hope this helps some.
