Sleek & Healthy is a clock face, which I assume you are using.  I see it requires a payment after 6  hours of use.  Could that be your situation?  It sounds like you would have to follow that link to make your payment.

Here is the page about the clock face.  If you don't trust that link, you could try contacting someone through that page, or you could switch to another clock face.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
