Gone are the days when you are able to repair something you paid $$$$$ dollars for. All a company can do is send an firmware update 😟 and that product does not function as it should. Buy a new one they say.. 40% off..

Company: HumanSync --Firmware Update 3.6 

Customer Service: Is your visual system under warranty, if not you can get 40% off a new body.
