When i try to use the touch screen on my ionic if i touch the apps on the left side of my screen the ones on the right side open and if i touch one on the right side of the screen nothing opens at all. Also i had the lock feature on and now i cant unlock my fitbit because my password requires the left and right sidee of the screen and when i punch my password in it only will typ in 2 numbers but they are from the right side of the screen when i touched numbers on the left side

I would try restarting your ionic:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Blaze or Fitbit Ionic doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

Hopefully this will get it going again. If not it may be a hardware problem in which case it's time to contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
