Touchscreen not always working

Touch screen doesn't work and keeps on freezing or flickering, cant get onto  activities to activate GPS...

Thanks for your post. To fix this situation, I recommend you to follow the next steps to restart your Fitbit Ionic:

 

  1. For Fitbit Ionic, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

Let me know if the issue persists.

This is still causing issues, I've also tried to change the clock face, but still having same issues, I was given this as a gift for my birthday 9 months ago, not impressed at all.
