When I try to update the Tracker app the watch hangs about 50% then it locks up the entire watch. How can I get the watch to finish updating ? I've tried via wifi and bluetooth with no luck. It hangs at about 50% then I get a clock error message. The only way I can get the watch to start working again is by resetting the watch. Any suggestions?

I think I figured it out. I did a factory reset using the settings cog wheel on the the watch not by pushing the watch buttons. Then I removed/unpaired the watch with the Fitbit app. Then checked to make sure it was off the phone as well. I uninstalled the Fitbit app on the phone. Then I restarted the phone. Then a complete new setup. I am no longer getting the update Tracker notice on the Fitbit app. I assume that it installed it. But, looks to be ok now. Just need to check the battery time. My daughter says its not lasting 5 days like it should.
