All of a sudden my Iconic will no longer track laps or duration.  It appears that the watch can't connect to GPS.  Has anyone else had this problem.

I have same problem until 10/11/2019. My fitbit is always 0 step and 0 heart rate :))))) I don't know why.
I try to reset many times but it is not working.

I am wondering if there was a software update that caused mine.  It worked great until October 23, 2019.  It is so frustrating. I have tried turning off several times.  It is so goofy.
