Hi dear community,
I'm trying to transfer music to my Fitbit Ionic but it won't work (regardless of all troubleshootings I've found here in the forums - including reseting the device completely).
The Windows10-Software shows the message "device busy" after it notifies me, that blutooth is deactivated (I don't have any BT-device/dongle on my computer).
Is BT even necessary for music transfers?

@DenMCX Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to report the situation you are experiencing when trying to transfer music to Ionic. Thanks for trying the troubleshooting steps you were able to find in the forums.
Are you using the Fitbit app for Windows 10 devices on your computer?
You need to be connected to Wi-Fi in order to transfer music successfully.
Are you getting the error message when you click on the "Personal Music" option? What happens if you turn on Bluetooth on your computer?
I'd recommend checking all of the steps shown on this article to sort this out.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted!
