Transferring Music - Feature Only Available when an Ionic is paired to acount

Receiving this message after selecting transfer music on Windows Fitbit Connect Application after logging in:

 

"Sorry, this feature is only available when you have an Ionic paired to your Fitbit account. To pair, please use the Fitbit mobile app"

 

I have set up my device with android application on my phone and it has been synced to my computer, just cannot transfer music.

 

Please help....

@ELMCINNES What computer and OS are you using? Also which Fitbit software on your computer? To transfer music on a Windows pc, you’ll need W10 and the Fitbit app from the Windows Store.

Hello.
Using a laptop that I downloaded Fitbit Connect onto from Fit bit website. Windows 7 is what I have on my laptop.

@ELMCINNES, you must have Windows 10 to download music to the Ionic. Windows 7 is not supported.  Check out Page 47 of the Ionic Product Manual:

 

Download music and podcasts with your Windows 10 PC
Download playlists of your personal music and podcasts from your iTunes Library or
Windows Media Player to Ionic. Note that you can also create playlists in the Fitbit
desktop app using the drag-and-drop feature to add your tracks.
