I hope someone can please help me. I did a run this morning. 10 seconds in I remembered my gps option under the run setting was off. I cancelled run and put the gps and it said searching ... than said connected. Great !!!! So I started the run over from their. I did a 4 and a half mile run. When done I hit the checked flag than end and my run was saved/logged. Now I went to look at the stats and it was logged twice on my Fitbit. And logged once on my synced Strava app. The crazy thing is the 2 logs on my Fitbit are different result. Also the strava has different results. All 3 are different!!!! I’m new to using Fitbit. Only me second run. My first run this didn’t happen. Also strava wasn’t linked my first run. What am I doing wrong ? And should I delete one of the runs from my Fitbit ? If I do delete I’m afraid of losing all 3 logs of the run. I’m lost here please help

@Lemonhead78 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you experienced with your run tracked with Ionic. Thanks for sharing all of those details.

Have you experienced this again with your runs?

Regarding the 2 logs on Fitbit, I was thinking, that the first one could be the one you stopped when you realized GPS wasn't enabled. The second one should be the one tracked with the GPS (the 4 and a half miles one). You can always delete any incorrect logs, check more details here. If you delete a log, just that one should get deleted, not the three of them.

Regarding the Strava log, after linking your accounts you may see some differences in the way data is calculated for your exercises on each site. Check here for more details on that.

Hope this helps. Keep me posted! Smiley Happy
