Trouble with syncing/wi-fi/bluetooth after trying to add Pandora stations

I have already connected my fitbit ionic to wi-fi and it was syncing fine, but when I tried to set-up Pandora, not only did the stations not sync, but now when I go to the settings, it says Wi-Fi - set up now. When I click, all I get is the loading circle, followed by a warning of "Bluetooth issues" telling me to restart bluetooth. Although I have done this multiple times, and rebooted my phone, I can't get the wi-fi re-setup.

To make matters worse, my watch also won't sync at all now.

I tried removing/un-linking the pandora account, but still no with wi-fi setup or syncing.

Hi @lmozdzen,

Let's see if we can get you going again. First, you'll want to address first the sync issue. This article has information that should be useful. Don't worry about Pandora until you have it syncing again. Turning on Always Connected and All Day Sync can help also.

Once you see it's got sync working, then you should be able to set up the WiFi. Sometimes it takes a good while of the wheel spinning as it's scanning the area for WiFi networks. Sometimes it may take several tries if there is network congestion.

If you get stuck, I would open a ticket with Fitbit Support, so they can take a look and assist.

In my case the WiFi connect would not respond until sync was complete. Suggest you follow procedures to sync and once sync is complete go in and try to connect the WiFi.
