Troubleshooting Praise for the Fitbit Team

A couple of days ago I launched a query with the Fitbit team with regards to my Ionic's screen that stopped working (and the watch going a bit crazy in general). I had purchased this watch 3 months ago here in South Africa through an online retailer who has a 30 day exchange - upon which I have to contact the manufacturer directly.  

The team contacted me - found out what my problem was and, without any further question, decided to replace the watch. I received a mail tonight saying it's on its way via DHL. 

In this crazy time - where getting any kind of service has been very challenging in my country (we have a very severe lock down regime) working with them has been an absolute joy. 

 

Thank you to the whole team for your service. It is really appreciated.
