Trying downloading music from my PC to my Iconic

I recently bought a fitbit iconic and I am trying to download some music to my iconic.

before I start I am getting a message on my dashboard 'Bluetooth is off'.

I don't understand this as I have paired my flyer to phone and Ipad, so can't understand why I am getting this messge

@TeeBJay, you do not mention what operating system (OS) your computer has, nor if your PC has built-in Bluetooth 4.0.  Are you using Windows 10?  Does your PC have a compatible Bluetooth?  The dashboard error you are seeing on the PC that "Bluetooth is off" indicates that it does not have Bluetooth on, regardless of the iPhone and/or iPad.
