My ionic has stopped waking up when I turn my wrist to view the time. I have to push the button on the left to be able to wake up the watch. I don't see any options under settings to turn that feature on or off, am I missing something? Connected to SG7 phone.

My Ionic would wake, but was frustratingly slow. I had been using a 3rd party face (which I got via the fitbit app) that was very stat heavy. I changed to a simpler face, created by fit-bit, and it seems faster. YMMV but hopefully this helps a bit..

Welcome on board @bitfit02118, it's nice to have a new member around! I'm glad to hear that your Ionic is working as expected after switching to a different clock face.
For future references, with third party apps, note that Fitbit doesn't own or maintain third party integrations. It's up to the owner of the third party app to implement or update features for their app so in this case is recommendable to contact the third party developer to learn more about future implementations.
To contact the developer please open their app on the Fitbit App Gallery, scroll/swipe down and under "App Details" you will find the information.
Rest assure we are working to deliver better options to our users, so once again thank you for your feedback as this help us to continue our work.
I'll be around if you need further assistance!

I tried swiping right on the clock face, no option screen shows. Clock face reverts right back to the screen.
This Fitbit is the worst devise I have ever used. I have called and spoken to four different tech people I have four different incident numbers but never get a resolve to the problems. My original Ionic adadis was replaced shortly after purchas. Will not recommend this device to anyone. The last tech told me they are having problems similar to mine. Two weeks ago I was told to wait for an e mail response from Fitbit, still waiting!

Thank you for the email I received today. The entire situation with Fitbit has become very frustrating. There appears to be no resolutions for these problems. I have discussed these problems with four different people within the Fitbit organization, these were documented as case # 26446239, 27012336, 27225801 and 27681263.
Currently the problems are as follows:
A: Hourly Steps, on occasion will document on the watch, and not on the Dash Board.
B: Total minutes will not document on the Dash Board.
C. Hourly steps as shown on the Dash Board will show and after a short period of time will cancel and be removed from the Dash Board.
Initially the Fitbit Ionic Adidas was replaced. This does not appear to have solved any problems. I purchased the Fitbit Adidas as a replacement for a Fitbit Surge. The Surge performed all the functions as it had been advertised, hence I purchased the Ionic Adidas expecting the same. At this time it appears as though that was not a good choice on my part. I believe its time to get these issues resolved, I have waited long enough.
Respectfully
Rudy Becker

@cavesrose Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post your experience on this thread. I'm glad to read customer support helped you out.
Please note that for you to get the Screen Wake settings you need to press and hold the left button on your watch. You will then find the Quick Settings to change this option.
@username1411 It's great to see you in the Fitbit forums! Thanks for sharing the situation you have experienced while riding your bike.
Please follow @Backintm suggestion in order to sort this out. The Quick View/Screen Wake feature should help you with that.
Keep me posted!
