My ionic has stopped waking up when I turn my wrist to view the time. I have to push the button on the left to be able to wake up the watch. I don't see any options under settings to turn that feature on or off, am I missing something? Connected to SG7 phone.

What can one do when the swipe feature or touch/tap is non-responsive? The swipe function has not worked for the past week. A factory reset has been done, shut down has been done, not sure what to do now.

Thanks. It has a completely dark screen. I turned my wrist, I swiped right and pressed all buttons in combination and individually. Last night it was 40% charged. I plugged in and repeated all steps. Zero!

Thank you to everyone who tried to help, @Backintm and @Peterkaren and @MarreFitbit. I appreciate being supported and while not successful in getting the Ionic to work properly, it helped to know there were a number of different solutions to try. Now waiting to hear back from Fitbit Support.

This worked for me as well. Holding the left button Down. Swiping right only gave me options like exercise and pandora app.. Thanks!!!:)

When I swipe left to right, nothing happens. Swiping right to left, apps come up, but nothing the other way.

Hi if I hold the left button, the bank app pops up I can't swipe right to see how to turn on wrist movement either Any other ideas?
Thank you, the options worked but it still isn't working and is on auto .
