Turn wrist to wake, stopped working on Ionic

My ionic has stopped waking up when I turn my wrist to view the time. I have to push the button on the left to be able to wake up the watch.  I don't see any options under settings to turn that feature on or off, am I missing something?  Connected to SG7 phone.

If you are trying to set auto wake, press your left button until the watch vibrates. That should bring up the option to turn on auto wake by touching auto. Hit left button to return to your clock face.

Mine would do nothing with a swipe right, but if you hold the single left button down then the options for manual wake and notifications do show up

Press and hold down button on left of your ionic and the screen setting appears.  Change from manual to auto.

I am still having this problem after the latest release. There is no option to activate when you try to swope right.

Hold the left single button until it vibrates. Then you will see the
options.

Did you try pushing the left button until it vibrates? The selection for
auto wake should show. Touch to select and then hit left button to get back
to your clock.

Yes. I solved the problem. It's OK now.

Reset phone, used left button and auto is on, tried loosening and tightening band, reinstalling device, changing watch face. Etc

Still does nov appear when i turn my wrist. Also, my steps do not show unless i synch with my phone.

There is no swipe right on my New Ionic only left swipe so I can’t get the option to turn on my wrist turn

Hold left and bottom right button in until screen goes blank. Fitbit logo icon displays. 

Factory reboot is different.
