On my watch it says IP address wifi off? when I try and connect via the dashboard no wifi addresses come up and it says my watch cannot be found?Please help.

Have you tried attaching the charging cable to your Ionic and then connecting it to a power source? This should force the device to connect to any saved WiFi networks.

Connecting the watch charging to the Ionic connected the WIFI on the watch immediately.

If you have any other ideas I would appreciate hearing them. This was a temporary fix. The wifi would stay on for about a minute then it would show "wifi not connected" again. I think the Ionic must be a product that is not worth the money. This is the 2nd one I have bought. Unfortunately, I took the offer to buy a 2nd one for half price after the first one failed after a year. Nice watch idea, very poor product. I won't purchase another fitbit but would really like to use the one I have since I already own it and like the design.
