Hello! I can't figure out what happened to my watch ... it only shows your company symbol ... please help me! I really need my watch to keep me healthy. I hope you'll give me a hand. Best regards, buyer.

To get back on track I'd suggest pairing your device with your account again. Please follow the instructions of help article: How do I set up a replacement device or add a second device to my account?
