My set up screen says the watch was found but it will not connect. It just says “searching.” I’ve deleted the Fitbit App and downloaded again. Any other suggestions? I just got this for a Christmas gift.

@Lisakim50 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for trying that workaround. There are still a couple of things you can try to have this sorted:
Any of those steps should help you out with this. If non of these works for you, try to unpair any other Fitbit devices you may have on your account (if any), and try the set up process once again.
Try that out and let me know how it goes! ![]()
