I just got the fit bit ionic and I'm trying to transfer deezer music to the fit bit phone app so this can be loaded in my watch, however it has been impossible to connect the fit bit app to the network (my network is working ok with other devices) therefore I have been unable to download the deezer music into the fit bit app. any advice?

@SimMel Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you have experienced with transferring music from Deezer to Ionic.

 

I'd recommend trying all of the steps shown on this helpful article about downloading Deezer playlists to your watch. Make sure your watch is connected to Wi-Fi. Follow the steps in the order given there for best results. Also, please note you need to have a paid subscription with Deezer for this to work.
