Unable to Upgrade Ionic to Lates Firmware (31.1.16)

I have had my Ionic for a while now, and according to this community the firmware 31.1.16 is supposed to have rolled out for all users.

However I'm stuck with 27.31.1.16 and can't seem to upgrade. I'm running the latest Fitbit app and have just now factory reset the Ionic without results.

I have also reinstalled the app on my phone without success.

@Bobgeldof Welcome to the Fitbit family! That is strange! According to this helpful article the latest firmware version of the Ionic is version 27.31.1.16.

You are on the latest version. However, if you want to double check if there are any updates, do the following:

  1. Verify that the latest version of the Fitbit app is installed on your phone or tablet (Android version 2.65 released yesterday).
  2. With your charged watch nearby, open the Fitbit app.
  3. Tap or click the Account icon > your device image.
  4. Tap or click the pink "Update" button. You'll only see an option to update your device if an update is available.

If you don't see anything, means there is no update available for your Ionic.

Now, are you experiencing any trouble with your Ionic?

Hi.

Thanks for the troubleshoot info.  MY IONIC also says version 27.31.1.16. I wanted to upload the spotify app but it is not allowing me.  If both my phone Fitbit app and Ionic have the lastest versions, then why can I NOT install Spotify (ive clicked Spotify icon via the Media/Music icon from my phone fitbit app)?
