not able to calibrate even after trying several times. This has been after lastes updates. Please help with this issue. I know I have taken over 10000 steps each day but it only shows 200. Also the BPM are also not recorded. How do I revert this update to be able to use my fitbit Ionic.

It's not possible to revert the update the previous version. However please try the following troubleshooting and let me know the result:
- Plug in your Ionic and setting it on a flat surface
- Perform a restart or shut it down and turning back on
- A green check mark should show
