Hi,
I'm unable to change the clock face on my Ionic. When I attempt to do so via the App, I get an;
"Oops, looks like there's no Internet connection"
error message. The phone has an internet connection, the watch is able to sync correctly. There's no reason that I can see that the watch shouldn't be able to update the clock face.
I've tried uninstalled and reinstalling the app. I've tried factory resetting the watch as well. Still no luck.

Stop any installed application that is blocking advertisements (Add Away, Adblock...) , and it will work.

An alternative could be to remove the device from your Fitbit app and then add it again.

Thank you for this. I run a local pi-hole that blocks all ads. I flipped the phone to 4g and it worked.
Thanks,

I just got a used Charge 3 and had the same problem with the internet connection message on my phone app even though other aspects of the app requiring the internet worked fine. Hubby disabled the adblocker (temporarily), and I was able to change the face. Thanks for the tip, MariusVlad!
