Can’t confirm my. email address 

been trying three day.

@Farter1 A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community. Thank you for getting in touch about this. 

 

I would like you to make sure you're doing this procedure to update your email address associated with your Fitbit account: 

 

  1. Tap the Today tab 
     

    , and tap your profile picture.

  2. In the Privacy and Security section, tap Security and Login.
  3. Tap Change Email.
  4. In the New Email and Confirm New Email boxes, enter your preferred email address.
  5. In the Confirm Password box, type your Fitbit account password.
  6. Tap Change and follow the on-screen instructions.
  7. In the email you receive, click Verify your Email to complete the update.

Please make sure you're checking your spam and junk folders.

Hi @Farter1 I see that your Fitbit account is only a few days old. 

May I ask if you receive any error? 

When you say that you can't confirm, why is this? 

Are you able to enter your email address?

Do you get an email confirmation notice? 

If so, what happens when tapping on the provided link?
