Unable to connect my Flyer to the Ionic

Hi -- Ionic here .. installed the new OS2 -- and now i have to repair to bluetooth... i am on my phone, in the app, clicked on settings.... there is no bluetooth to be found.  Before this, I unpaired, turned off mobile, turned back on.  I enabled my bluetooth on phone, scanned for available devices, it did not find the IONIC.  My Flyer is also not able to pair with my IONIC.  Please help.

This sounds very weird, let me help you out. Please make sure that you've exhausted all the possible troubleshoots check out the Why won't my Fitbit device sync? article.  Also this article could be useful to connect your Flyer to the Ionic.
