@jengmusa It's nice to see you in the Fitbit Community. Thank you for the troubleshooting tried prior to posting.

I appreciate the detailed information shared.

I'd like you to confirm you have tried the syncing troubleshooting posted in this article. Once your watch syncs please confirm you're following this procedure to add the Wi-Fi network to the Ionic.

In order to connect the Ionic to your headphones follow these steps:

  1. Open the Settings app

on your Fitbit device > Bluetooth > Restore Music Controls.

  2. On your phone, navigate to the Bluetooth settings where paired devices are listed. Your phone will scan for available devices.
  3. When you see Classic next to your Fitbit device, tap it.

Let me know how it goes. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

Yes I have tried all that but nothing is happening (on the App where the ionic symbol is seems to be stuck at looking but nothing is happening)

I cant even get the Ionic on my wifi and all my other devices are connected to the wifi. (the Ionic was also connected to it until it disconnected yesterday., I tried the Forget this device advise so that I can reconnect but now the bluetooth cannot even connect/find it
