I purchased an Ionic in June of this year. Since August, it hasn't synced. So, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app on my phone, but this did nothing. I rebooted the Ionic, and this didn't help either. So I did a factory reset. I had to add a new device, and now I can't connect to any wireless networks. My watch just displays the "hello" screen, and then tells me to "clear data".
When I try to connect it to a wifi network, it says to retry over bluetooth, which would apparently take about 2 years to do, something which I don't really want to leave my phone and watch on a desk for.

I know exactly how you feel.
I basically now have an overpriced watch. I cannot sync to my phone, the Bluetooth for music does not connect and my heart rate monitor works 1 in 4 times.

Wow, that's rough. My watch has been displaying the wrong time for the last month, as I'd been travelling, and changed it to the local time zone. I think they should change their name to **ahem**bit.
