I tried downloading the new spotify app, but it said something like “Make sure your tracker and app are updated to the latest version”. I spent 3 hours finding out how to update the app and Ionic. The Ionic has been updated with the latest version because it doesn’t have any available updates, and my app is updated as i un-installed it and re-installed it. I tried disconnecting my Ionic and reconnecting it, but it still didn’t work. I’ve tried all the steps on the troubleshooting, and failed. Can someone help me with this problem please?

I really wouldn't bother with the sotify app. It only connects to your phone to change music. It really needs offline music to be worth it.

I have just been able to download it. (Not helpful I know)
Are you able to download it in the fitbit app?

One thing I could suggest is to do a factory reset of your Ionic, as a final try.

Is your Ionic on 70.7.14?
I would try and reach out to support and see if you can live chat with someone there.
