Unable to download music to my device

Have so far been unsuccessful transferring music? What am I missing. Also the blue tooth is not picking up my Airpods?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which difficulties are you experiencing with the music transfer process? To add music to your watch using the Music app, please follow the steps in: How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch?. If you're unable to download playlists to your watch, try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on this help article and let me know how it goes.
