Unable to get notifications on Ionic even after restarting the phone

I have a fitbit ionic and I use one plus 6 mobile. I am not able to get notifications of emails, calls etc on the tracker. When ever the open the app in the mobile and go to the notification section, there is a message to restart the phone. Even after restarting the phone the message does not go and the notification is not received on the tracker

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. Usually a missing requirement is the cause and I recommend confirming the steps to set up notifications and follow the troubleshooting instructions in this help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
